Is there a way to setup self-monitoring and email notification when one or more database is down?
Environment
Release : 3.7
Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration
Resolution
You can create a Notification and change the Conditions to only have the following selected:
1. All Severity Items
2. Event Type > Data Repository State
3. All of the Event Subtype > Data Repository State items
From there you can configure the Actions of the notification to email you when one of the events occurs.
