Top Lease Reachable Network Devices Query Failed

Issue/Introduction

There are multiple errors when "Top Lease Reachable Network Devices (BarChart)" ran.

Error message stated:  Query failed. See logs for details (Query ID:  f1b694d4-272a-4afc-8004-c6c516a30a61).  As an example.  

There are multiple report with the similar error.

 

Environment

Release : 3.x

Component : IM Reporting / Admin / Configuration

Cause

Using the query id provided, searched the PCServcie.log and found errors:

Error occurred while running a RIB query on Data Aggregator RIB Source. Query ID: RIBQuery_b9934060_8a46_412a_bd2e_38d8c0e2c8c4

 

  Possible reason: Could not get JDBC Connection; nested exception is java.sql.SQLNonTransientConnectionException: [Vertica][VJDBC](100176) Failed to connect to host NODENAME.COM on port 5433. Reason: Failed to establish a connection to the primary server or any backup address.

Resolution

The vertica node referenced was down and unavailable.
