After logging into DXmanager UI, you are not able to see and information within dashboard and maps tab.

It shows "Error: Click for details" and when you click for details, the next popup shows ""

When you review the catalina log, it shows:

Currently only supported JRE version for DXmanager r12.0 SP12 and below is JRE 1.6.0_43 (32 bit) and prior. If you are running a version higher than 1.6.0_43 (including 1.7.x), that will show this error. The solution is to downgrade your JRE version to at least 1.6.0_43.

  • Support for JRE 1.6.x and 1.7.x is added in forthcoming release of DXmanager SP13 which is due by December 31st, 2013.
  • The "Charts Tab" no longer functions with the new JRE's in this SP13 release. We are working on this but it will not be included in the r12 SP13 release. SP13 will be released noted to that effect.
