CA PIM: login session is terminated with KBL

CA Privileged Identity Management Endpoint (PIM)
New login session is terminated soon after login if kbl is enabled after applying 220.127.116.1120.
This happens on users regardless of setting audit(interactive).

This is fixed by testfix (T5C1175).
