How to get older versions of Dollar Universe and Univiewer

Issue/Introduction

Only kits from version 6.7.41 and superior of Dollar Universe and UniViewer are available on the downloads website.

An older version kit is necessary, how can we download it ?

Release : 6.x
Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE

Resolution

If older versions of Dollar Universe products are required, a new support case needs to be open and Technical Support can upload the required kits.

UPDATE: Since 13/04/2022 the latest GA version for each major version of Application Server, Univiewer Console and Univiewer Management Server6.x kits are available in the Downloads section.

The webpage to downloads the kits is downloads.automic.com and from there you need to click on "Component Downloads" and select as Component "Dollar Universe" as shown below:
