Update_vertica fails when adding a new node.

Issue/Introduction

Update_vertica fails with an error:

System prerequisites failed.  Threshold = WARN

        Hint: Fix above failures or use --failure-threshold

Environment

Release : 3.7

Component : IM install

Cause

Some warnings can be ignored, but update_vertica does not honor the settings in drinstall.properties

Resolution

Add
--failure-threshold FAIL
to the end of the update_vertica command
