Issue/Introduction

When monitoring the show_queues command via the admin CLI of the Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) appliance, it is noted that events in some queues are building.

Resolution

  1. Reboot the SEDR appliance
  2. Should rebooting the appliance not resolve the issue, please collect a diagnostics using the steps in the article linked below and contact Symantec Technical Support
