SNMP Poll not functioning in NFA

Issue/Introduction

SNMP polling to our router(s) is not functioning.

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Cause

We have seen some issues when an SNMP profile is changed where it will not sync the harvester.snmpprofiles data to the cache that is used for polling.

Resolution

If you have tested the polling via a 3rd party software or CAPM and it is working there but not on NFA then you will want to restart your proxy service on the harvester in question.
