DFHXS1203 Users Revoked In CICS With No Top Secret Messages

Issue/Introduction
CICS TS 5.3. The following is received in CICS:
DFHXS1203 05/29/2020 14:18:10 applid The userid supplied in the verification request for userid xxxxxx is revoked. This occurred
in transaction TSMI when userid yyyyyy was signed on at netname .
This error indicates that the userid is revoked in the security product but we can not find a Top Secret revoke or suspend.
The CICS region gets all of the Top Secret phase messages (phase 0, 1, and 2 started and completed).

Resolution
The TSSUTIL report showed a 1C-06 facility violation for the ACID that corresponded to the DFHXS1203 message. Once the facility was added to the ACID, the message no longer occurred.

where:
'acid' is the user's ACID, an attached profile, or the ALL record if all users should have access
'cicsfac' is the facility from the 1C-06 violation in the TSSUTIL report.
