zOSMF Applying Recommended Services (CA RS) No recommended updates were found using the Software Update selection criteria.

Issue/Introduction
"RECEIVED" all of the PTFs up to the latest CA RS. Then I registered this Software Instance (CSI) to zOSMF. However, when I try to run the Software Update to APPLY Recommended Service, I keep getting the following error:
No recommended updates were found using the Software Update selection criteria.
The Software Update selection criteria use vendor-defined source IDs to identify recommended updates for a Software Instance. If your vendor did not define a source IDs, refer to your vendor to get more information on how to identify and install updates.
There are at least 25 PTFs qualifying PTFs in the CA RS from but the message persists.

Resolution
Before you can APPLY the Recommended Services Updates to your Software Instance (CSI) using zOSMF, you will need to download and receive the (CA RS) and HIPER ++ASSIGN statements into your global zone.
You can do this by using JCL toRECEIVE the (CA RS) and HIPER ++ASSIGN statements into your global zone, without APPLYing the maintenance.
Then go back when you go back to zOSMF, select Software Instance (CSI), click "Recommended Service" and follow the wizard to successfully install the update.
