How do I subscribe to Proactive Notifications/Advisories for my product?

Resolution

  1. Navigate your browser to https://support.broadcom.com/group/ecx/my-dashboard
  2. Logon to the site using the same credentials that you would use as if you were creating a support ticket.

  3. Click on your Account Name in the upper-right corner of the page.


  4. Select Notification Settings.

  5. Search for the product of your choosing and enable each notification type that you wish to receive for your respective products by toggling the appropriate notification type (Critical Alerts, Product Advisories, Release Announcements, Security Advisories).
