Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to version 12.1+, when attempting to save an object in the Java User Interface, the following is displayed (with the name being dependent on system):

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Incompatibility with the Java User Interface and 12.1+

Resolution

This behavior is an incompatibility with the Java User Interface; the Automic Web Interface can save these objects without issue.

As the Java User Interface is not support as of 12.1, this issue will not be fixed and the recommendation is utilization of the Automic Web Interface.
