Issue/Introduction

-When trying to login via Univiewer Console using an LDAP/Active Directory user, a popup error message "LDAP access denied". 

-LDAP/Active Directory users were working properly before

Environment

Release : 6.x

Component : DOLLAR UNIVERSE, Univiewer Management Server(UVMS), Univiewer Console

Resolution

-Make sure that the LDAP Server or the Active Directory is reachable.

 

-Make sure that the UVMS configured to use LDAP and the ldap.xml is properly configured as explained in the documentation below.
