CCS Message Services HUB will not start. Transport scheme NOT recognized: [TCP]

Issue/Introduction

When trying to start ZMSHUB, the STC runs and immediately completes with a RC=0

The STC does not keep on executing as an address space. Is this its normal behavior ?

Release : 15.0
Component : CCSMS1 : CCS MESSAGE SERVICE

Cause

Problem with configuration.

Resolution

The ZMSHUB task should remain active and a successful start will yield the following message:
BPXM023I (userid) CAMS0011I Message Service Hub startup complete.


To resolve the problem, update MSH_PROTOCOL=tcp

Note:  This value is case sensitive and must be specified in lower case
