Issue/Introduction

Upgrading CA Easytrieve release 6.4 to release 11.6, does CA Easytrieve Toolkit need to be upgraded as well?
CA Easytrieve Toolkit is at release 2.0.
 
This product does not have to be upgraded as CA Easytrieve Toolkit release 2.0 is the latest release and is fine with both CA Easytrieve release 6.4 as well as 11.6.  Please ensure that CA Easytrieve Toolkit is current with maintenance applied.

Resolution

CA Easytrieve Toolkit is part of the CA Easytrieve family of products. It consists of macros which may be invoked by CA Easytrieve programs.
This product does not have to be upgraded as CA Easytrieve Toolkit release 2.0 is the latest release and is fine with both CA Easytrieve release 6.4 as well as 11.6. Just please make sure that you have the latest maintenance applied.
