Clarity PPM - Project Progress field is not updating to Started

Issue/Introduction

The "Progress" field on my Project hasn't changed status, should it automatically change?

 

Environment

Release : 15.7.1

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

This is functioning as expected. The field must be manually adjusted, the Progress will not update automatically.
