A new PTF was applied that delivered a new version of DBFSBPR. Does the Datacom Multi-User facility (MUF) need to be recycled to pick it up?

DBFSBPR is only used in DBUTLTY and not in the MUF; therefore, no MUF recycle is needed for this module.
