Automic Web Interface dashboards cannot be saved

Issue/Introduction

We have the problem that no dashboards can be saved in our 12.3.2 AWI. The AWI is at version 12.3.2 HF2, the AE at 12.3.2 HF1 and the Tomcat service has version 8.5.55. The problem occurs with all users in the system.
We can create and delete dashboard objects, but as soon as a widget (no matter which widget) is added, the object cannot be saved and the Java error message mentioned appears.


Caused by: com.vaadin.event.ListenerMethod$MethodException: Invocation of method buttonClick in com.uc4.ecc.ae.commons.dashboard.home.HomeDashboardContentPresenter$5 failed.

Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/sun/xml/bind/DatatypeConverterImpl

Environment

Component : Automic Web Interface 12.3.2

Resolution

After reinstalling Java, Tomcat and AWI, the problem no longer occurs.
