RequestManagement: COPY in Request Overview creates unconditional copy

Issue/Introduction

The 'Copy Request' feature creates a new process from a selected task with same lockstring and searchstring, and with same references to source as parent id and modification type update.
The application does not check whether the  selected source task is part of finished process or not.

Consquence : When the user tries to save the copied request an error message is thrown.

Environment

Request Management 3.3.4

Cause

This is bug in Request Management in version prior to 3.5.1. The 'Copy Request' function in the context menu of the "Completed Personal Task List" view works as expected in this version or higher.

Resolution

This behavior is fixed and does no longer appear in RM 3.5.1. Upgrade to version 3.5.1 or higher.
