Issue/Introduction

Automic admin having problems configuring ssl for the analytics backend

Environment

Release : 12.3

Component : AUTOMATION ENGINE

Cause

Documentation not clear on the path to the keystore

Resolution

The format of the application.properties must be in the following format:

server.ssl.key-store=mykeystore.jks

and the keystore that you use (mykeystore.jks) must be placed in the following directories:

• Windows -> ......\Analytics\backend\ 
• Linux/Unix -> ...../Analytics/backend/
