The Help menu does not work for any browser, error 500 in Dev Tools on version 15.7.1

Issue/Introduction

The Help menu does not work for any browser. When we trace it with Dev we can see an error 500 is thrown.

Component : CA PPM SAAS APPLICATION

Resolution

If you see this issue on all browsers/environments, raise it with Broadcom Support. They will work with the Technical Writers/Documentation team to resolve this.
