Issue/Introduction
No interfaces are discovered for a device in Performance Management Data Aggregator.
When looking at the device in the Monitored Devices Inventory, the Interface Metric Family is listed in the devices Polled Metric Families tab.
There is no Vendor Certification name listed.
The Status for the Interface Metric Family shows 'Unsupported'.

Cause
The device has no ifTable OIDs to respond with, thus no support is found for the Interface Metric Family or any of the Vendor Certifications housed under it.
Resolution
Engage the device administrator and/or Vendor to resolve the problem. Once the ifTable MIB OIDs and values are present for queries and polling discovery and subsequent metric polling should begin to work properly.
Additional Information
Use the SAPWALK2, snmpwalk or other snmp tools to query the ifTable OIDs. If they don't exist or fail to respond the device is the root of the problem.
