SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS

Issue/Introduction

There is an excessive number of -DISPLAY GROUP DETAIL commands populating Messages/Db2 commands
by the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) data collector.

Cause

In this particular case, the excessive Display Group Detail command (DSGRPDTL request) was being generated by two Subsystem Exception Requests.
High percent of SCA in use: &VALUEXX and High percent of CF list entries in use: &VALUEXX

Resolution

There are multiple ways that the -DISPLAY GROUP DETAIL command can be invoked.  The manual way is for an 'end-user' to sit at the
DSGRPDTL request screen and hit 'enter'.  However, the volume experienced would not be from that process. The other way is through
the Exception processor where the following two Permanent Exception Definitions(0) Subsytem exceptions(1) are active:

High percent of SCA in use: &VALUEXX and High percent of CF list entries in use: &VALUEXX

Both of these subsystem exceptions call the DSGRPDTL request. These exceptions can be inactivated or modified.
