Issue/Introduction

We completed our DB2 ugprade to v12M100 

While application was performing testing using easytrieve, they got the below errors

*******B270 SQL - MVS OPEN ERROR ON GENDATA FILE, "OPEN" RC=8 
*******B270 SQL - EXECUTION MODE CHANGED TO DYNAMIC EXECUTION DUE TO OPEN ERROR

Also, there was this message 
08.41.13 JOB05617  IEC130I GENDATA  DD STATEMENT MISSING        

We bound all the plans and packages associated with easytrieve
All have applcompat as v11r1 (just wanted to inform)
