With TLMS 14.0, the VMF index file can be created or updated while TLMS is active using the CATVMFXI procedure. If the VMF index file is created or updated using the CATVMFXI procedure while TLMS is inactive, both the elapsed time and EXCP count will be dramatically increased compared to previous releases of TLMS. If the VMF index file needs to be created or updated when TLMS is inactive the new CATVMFXO procedure may be used.
