Task approval is duplicated after upgrading to CP5

After upgrading CA Identity Manager 14.2 to CP5 (Cumulative Patch) approval tasks in Identity Manager (IM) and Identity Portal (IP) are duplicated (see example below).
Release : 14.2 CP5
Component : CA IDENTITY SUITE (VIRTUAL APPLIANCE)
This issue is addressed by "HF-DE461575-20200519-0001.tgz.gpg". This fix is available from CA Broadcom support on request and the fix must be applied on top of 14.2 CP5.
This issue will be addressed in the next Cumulative Pach (CP)
