Question about how disable configuration options to TDM Portal user

Issue/Introduction

The portal version is 4.8.193

I want to know if I can disable the configuration option to all the users (except administrator) 

I want to add the users need boot groups (admins and tester) because with admin they can do modeling, data masking, generators and I have seen if I delete the admin group they only can see the self service catalog and the submitted request

As per R&D:

With the current design, there is no other way to achieve what you are asking, other than unchecking and revoking the "Settings" functions access for the group. Unchecking this option would make the below menu options to disappear from the left-hand menu.

If your users do not use the above first 3 options you can proceed with the solution already provided otherwise this needs to be taken up as an enhancement .
