Spectrum - Cannot Generate Jaspersoft Reports.

Issue/Introduction

User unable to create any jasper reports.

Cause

Spectrum Report Manager actively collect data from the selected SpectroSERVER. If monitoring is disabled, reports are generated from historical data in the Spectrum Report Manager database.

Environment

Release : 10.4

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Resolution

In the OneClick Admin page.

> OneClick Administrator
> Report Manager
> Spectrum Status


> Uncheck Monitor.
> Click on Update Monitored Servers.


> Click on Preferences & change Enable Security to False

> Restart Tomcat Services on SRM server.

> Restart Tomcat Services on Jaspersoft Server.

> Relaunch the Jaspersoft console and try pulling reports.
