UIM : snmpcollector : Unable to import few SNMP devices into probe

Issue/Introduction

"Query Discovery Server" does not import some SNMP devices into snmpcollector probe.

Environment

snmpcollector probe any version

Cause

Discovery filter was configured incorrectly.
In the following screenshot, devices will not be imported if Service Types is not "Host".



Here is Device Service Type.

Resolution

1. Delete specific Device Service Types selection from "Selected" field in Device Service filter.



    If "Selected" field is empty, all Device Service Types are imported.

2. Save the change.
3. Run Query Discovery Server again.
