Issue/Introduction

Error messages viewed on SMTP agent.

2020-05-20 19:00:45 - U00050029 The SMTP client cannot connect to the SMTP server 'mail-host.mfl.co.uk', error code '111', error description: 'Connection refused'.
2020-05-20 19:00:45 - U00011078 Changing Notification status of user 'unknown'. ('Called' -> 'Notification failed')
2020-05-20 19:00:45 - U00011078 Changing Notification status of user 'unknown'. ('Called' -> 'Notification failed')

Environment

Automation Engine API 12.2.2+build.1549050318571

Resolution

Solution 1:
Follow below steps.

1.Go to AWA .ini file, and make sure you are using the correct DNS/Domain name in the host file of Automation Engine.

Solution 2:
If you still notice the error, Please follow the below alternate solution.

1.Use the IP address instead of DNS name in the host file of Automation Engine.

Note: Always, make sure AUTOMATION ENGINE support only PORT 25.
