Steps to reproduce

1. Enter text into a conversation in the modern UX including characters with accents and Ñ.

2. Other users seeing the conversation see do not these characters as they were entered. They get encoded to different characters such as çç

Resolution

This problem does not happen with Clarity PPM 15.7.1.2 nor 15.8
