Resolution

The latest release of the XCOM Management Center is indeed r11.5. We have a Windows and Linux PC version. The documentation you have is correct.
 
If you plan to install it, make sure to download the JBOSS component and you will need MySQL or IBM DB2 database. It is included in the Product Downloads at the 11.6 level.
