Issue/Introduction

Steps to reproduce

1. Edit the top “Risk Description”field in the fly-out menu for a risk that has multiple rows
2. Click on the risk on the row below once editing is complete
3. Clarity duplicates the content from the risk that was being edited previously to the risk you have clicked on in step 2 (pic1)
4. Click on a different functionality tab (Issues, Status…)
5. Return to the Risk functionality tab
6. Clarity displays the correct information
