Does the hsv command "-wp" option work at all?

Issue/Introduction
I thought you could search on a word or phrase using the hsv command, but it looks like that’s not working.
SCM version is 13.0.4
My \SampleRepository is pre-loaded with the contents of %CA_SCM_HOME%\Sample folder.
Here’s my command:
C:\Users\Administrator>hsv -b win2k12r2 -usr harvest -pw harvest -en "SampleProject" -st "Development" -vp "\SampleRepository" -s "*.*" -wp "include" -ic -io a -iv lv -it at -ib tb -id a -o hsv.log –wts
And here’s the result:
C:\Users\Administrator>type hsv.log

If I take out the “-wp” option, the command works as expected

Resolution
When using the "-wp ..." option with the hsv command line utility, please also include the option "-it nt".
