CA Identity ManagerCA Identity PortalCA Identity Suite
Issue/Introduction
In the CA Identity Manager (IM) Identity Portal (IP) among the elements is one defined a Display Type "Searchable List". If this element does not contain any data (i.e. it is empty) it behaves strangely as follows: Initially, it displays as expected (i.e. an empty list), but, if the user then clicks in the element then the element will start to "float" and if the user scrolls up or down the element will follow.
Steps to reproduce
1. In the IP Management Console - Add a tab to a portal form which includes a searchable list. 2. Logon to the IP User Console and locate the form designed above. 3. Click into the searchable box and you will see it expand slightly. When you have a focus on the searchable box if you use the scroll wheel on the mouse the behavior is produced.
