Issue/Introduction
The request text file of a request-response pair is not being accepted. The directory containing the request/response pair is provided, and the response is accepted.
The request is a JSON, HTTP request (the transport protocol has been configured as such). Though the Operation (POST request) is included as part of the header in the request text file, DevTest Workstation does not see this operation.

Cause
File not in correct read format.
Resolution
The RR pair was in UTF-8 format, changed to ANSI and was able to resolve issue.
