Duplicate Fields in the Edit Layout of a View

Issue/Introduction

The Edit Layout view in the Portfolio Investments object shows duplicate fields. Additionally, a System Error is thrown when attempting to make changes to the field names. 

The app-ca logs also contain this error: 

Caused by: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: [CA Clarity][Oracle JDBC Driver][Oracle]ORA-00001: unique constraint (SC52133P.ODF_VIEW_ATTRIBUTES_U3) violated

Resolution

This is due to there being duplicate views in the odf_views table in the database. A way to clear these out is to restore the defaults on the Portfolio Investment object views tab.
