When using the operator "HTTP Post operator" the URL added does not work and show the error "Invalid URL Provided"

Issue/Introduction

When using the operator "HTTP Post operator" the URL added does not work and show the error  "Invalid URL Provided there is an illegal character on the path"

 

Environment

Release : 17.x

Component : PROCESS AUTOMATION CONTENT FOR SDM

Cause

The issue is caused by having spaces in the URL used, "https://hostmane/sample test Item?xxxxx"

The space cause the error as it is treated as special characters, spaces need to be removed or changed to %20

Resolution

Change the special characters to HTML code, further information of this can be found under the link bellow
