What's new popup should only occur one time but it keeps happening. How to resolve it?

Release : 20.0
Component : CA Insight Database Performance Monitor for DB for z/OS
Resolution
This panel will be displayed forever if you never define a user profile dataset. The System's guide notes that this is a required if installing the product for the first time. (If migrating from a previous release, the profile datasets are upward compatible.)
If you take a look at HIGHLVL.SOURCE library for IDB2, you will see a member IDVSAMSY which contains the necessary JCL to create this user interface profile. Once you run this JCL and create the files, then invoke IDB2 again. That panel should no longer be.
