CA Network Flow Analysis (NetQos / NFA)

Issue/Introduction

When a Harvester is rebooted, some of the NFA services are not starting properly.

Cause

All of the NFA services on the Harvester require MySQL to be running for them to function. In some cases MySQL takes time to come up properly after a reboot.

Environment

Release : 10.0

Component : NQRPTA - REPORTERANALYZER

Resolution

You can set all the services (except mysql) to "Delayed Start" within the Windows Services pane to ensure that the services do not start prior MySQL being fully up and running.
