Unable to login in to Portal or Workstation

Portal cannot authenticate user. We did upgrade security certificate over the weekend but things were working fine yesterday.
This is specific to two users who recently changed their LDAP password.
All other users are able to log in to Portal.
We are getting Bad Credentials error on the users that cannot log in to the Portal or Workstation.
Had recently changed LDAP passwords for two users.

Problem resolved with a password reset. Somehow passwords got out of sync/corrupted.
When getting Bad Credential errors with LDAP, it is best to reach out to your LDAP admin first.
