Open Workbench incorrectly highlights multiple rows

Steps to Reproduce

Pre-Reqs

Create Project with 35 tasks

1. Open Project in Open Workbench
2. Scroll down to the end of the OWB tasks
3. Click to highlight entire line

Expected results - Only that task is highlighted
Actual Results - That task plus 5 or 6 lines above are highlighted.
