CA DATACOM HYPER SO13162 ( PRIMARY MUF HANGS WITH A WAIT ON PLEX MSG REPLY ) was published on May 27th 2020

Does it have any impact on CA DISK AND RESTORE r 12.5 ?

Environment

Release : 12.5

 

Resolution

The problem, which SO13162 resolves, can occur if the primary MUF is running in release 15.1 while its Shadow MUF is running either in version 15.0 or 14.0. 
And the solution only applies to release 15.1.

So potentially any product which uses CA Datacom should be impacted with the above primary and shadow MUF combinations.
