Urgent - Rate Matrix Extraction job failed

Issue/Introduction

The Rate Matrix Extraction job is failed with below error.

Environment

Release : 15.4.1

 

Cause

This may be caused by changes to the rate matrix.

Resolution

XOG out matrix and XOG back in.  Or you may need to revert any changes made to the matrix after the last successful completion of the job.
