CA Allocate - After applying IBM PTF's UJ00897 (z/os 2.4), UJ00896 (z/os 2.3), and UJ00898 (z/os 2.2), the CA Allocate 'end-of-volume' (EOV) environment will not be enabled after CA Allocate initialization.

APAR SO11680 will fix this problem
This is the latest APAR which corrects CA Allocate EOV environment after IBM PTFs have been applied .

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
After applying IBM PTF's UJ00897 (z/os 2.4), UJ00896 (z/os 2.3), and
UJ00898 (z/os 2.2), the CA Allocate 'end-of-volume' (EOV) environment will
