Not able to trace transaction from WebSphere Application Server to Webmethods Integration Server

Issue/Introduction

We are looking to get some details on tracing transactions from the IBM WebSphere Application Servers to Webmethods Integration Servers.
At present, we see the name and metrics of Webservice called listed in the backends/Webservices on IBM WAS agents.
We also see the Webservice listed under the Integration Server agent.
However, it is reported in silos, and we are not able to trace which webservice call from the WAS to the IS server.

Cause

misconfiguration of Agent

Resolution

After enabling the following 3 properties on both WAS and Integration Server IntroscopeAgent.profile.
Able to view the cross process trace from WAS IS for SOAP based webservice invocations.
