Users cannot access the Project list, as well as the list views for some other investments, after migrating to GCP.
When attempting to go to these list views, the page just spins and never comes up. This is the same behavior for all users.
There are no errors in the app-ca logs, and no changes have been made to these views.

This can occur if there is a report query that is stuck running in the background. The only way to resolve it is to open a case with Broadcom Support to have the DBA team kill the problematic query at the database level.
