Can we manually change the time and date from ALL Vertica Servers or will have any issue?

Need to adjust ALL Vertica nodes Time/date

ALL Servers must have the same time to do not have a heartbeat sync issue.

Usually we change the Timezone settings at:

CAPC -> Administration -> User Settings -> Users

If you need to update all users to the same timezone you can do via mysql:

To update all the users to EST5EDT timezone run the following mysql.

mysql -unetqos -p netqosportal
mysql>update user_definitions set Timezone='EST5EDT';

And finally, after change the time from ALL Servers, yes, we recommend you to Restart ALL Services from:
