History Reorg Job fails due to contention with Workstation Server STC on CA WA ESP Edition

Issue/Introduction

I am trying to understand why are History reorg job is failing in a REPRO step copying from a temp history file back into the ESP History file.

Environment

Release : 11.4 & 12.0

Component : CA ESP WORKLOAD AUTOMATION

Resolution

Root cause: History report needs only read access so SHR is enough and it gets it, but the reorg job needs exclusive and it does not allow SHR access at the same time.

Client will run the CPU intensive report JOB at a different time than the history reorg job.
