ESP History archive Job fails by contention with Reporting Job

Issue/Introduction

Trying to understand why the History archive job is failing in a REPRO step copying from a temp history file back into the ESP History file, seems having contention with the concurrent history reporting Job.

Environment

Component: ESP Workload Automation
Release: ALL

Resolution

History report Job needs only read access, but the history archive Job needs exclusive access and it does not allow any access at the same time.

Suggest run the CPU intensive history report Job at a different time than the history archive Job.
